COVID POLICIES

Do not enter the store until you are welcomed in. Each staff member will help 1-2 customer at a time. You may sign up on our wait list with you name & phone number and wait under the tents or in you car and we will call you.

Staff and customers must wear a face covering without a vent valve and that covers their mouth and nose while inside the Alpine Hut. This requirement does not apply to children under the age of 2 or to individuals who are unable to wear a face covering due to a medical condition, you must have a signed letterhead from your current Dr.

The use of hand sanitizer is required when you enter and before handling any goods in-store.

Only the person shopping(and a +1) is allowed in the store, if the shopper is a minor one guardian is welcome to accompany them. Unfortunately we don’t have the capacity to allow large groups in currently and adhere to capacity laws.   

Face coverings are not a substitute for social distancing. We ask everyone to maintain socially distancing (6 feet) while in the store.

No public restroom will be available.

We reserve the right to refuse service to any person or persons that do not comply with these policies.

We are using a reservation system for bootfits and rentals. Walk in customers will be assisted if the schedule allows. Reservations can be made by clicking the “BOOK NOW” option below the search bar on the home page. If it is a bootfit reservation, it is 1 reservation for 1 adult. If you are doing rentals we are currently allowing up to 2 people on the same reservation. Feel free to book side by side appointments if they are available to help larger groups.
